Jamie Pearson is a seasoned professional who excels in fostering compliance and standardization within diverse teams. With a rich background in educational leadership, curriculum development, and quality assurance, he brings a unique and valuable skill set to the realm of Nikigai Coaching.
​
Jamie's professional journey began as a Mental Health Nurse in 1991, working diligently with individuals and groups until 2006. Transitioning into the education sector from 2007 to 2017, Jamie taught at the University and college levels, guiding a diverse range of students in their personal and professional development.
​
In 2023, Jamie achieved the milestone of becoming an ICF ACC (Associate Certified Coach), showcasing a commitment to professional excellence in coaching.

Now, as part of Nikigai Coaching, Jamie invites you to embark on a transformative coaching journey where their career expertise seamlessly merges with leadership insight.
Associate Certified Coach (ACC) Credential-holders are trained (60+ hours), experienced (100+ hours) coaches.
As an ICF Member, the badge earner is enrolled in an accredited coach training program or has completed 60 hours of training aligned with ICF standards.
